Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are carrier-calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

We ship primarily via UPS, FedEx, or other standard carriers.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed upon.
Because many of our products are glass, ceramic, or oversized, shipping rates may vary depending on packaging requirements.

Local Pickup
Local wholesale customers may select pickup at checkout when available. You will be notified when your order is ready.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged:

Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging

Include your order number
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
